Duncan formed Bamber Miller Architects with his wife, architect Anna Bamber in 2010.
Duncan studied Architecture at Newcastle University and has since worked at award-winning practices both in the UK and abroad.
Duncan has built up experience in a number of different sectors, including office, residential, rail and air. He has worked on the majority of his projects from inception to completion.
During his time at Cartwright Pickard Architects Duncan worked on the Health & Safety Executive HQ building in Liverpool gaining valuable experience in delivering a high quality, low energy office building that was awarded a BREEAM excellent rating.
Duncan's formative years were spent working at Grimshaw Architects, initially in Melbourne working on the award-winning Southern Cross Station and then as a project architect on the new Terminal 2 Concourse B at Heathrow.
Duncan is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and is registered with the Architects Registration Board.
